I was a little worried they'd feel clunky, but these boots are surprisingly light and the grip on loose rocks is fantastic. My feet stayed completely dry after crossing several small streams, and they required zero break-in time.

The waterproofing held up perfectly through a muddy creek crossing, and the traction on loose gravel felt solid the whole way. I’ve worn them for three long day hikes now, and they’re still comfortable without any break-in blisters.

I was skeptical about how lightweight they'd feel for a waterproof boot, but they're surprisingly nimble on switchbacks without sacrificing stability. The traction on wet rocks gave me real confidence during a creek crossing.
