Men's Roam Trail Running Shoe | Alloy/Evening Primrose

The QuantumFoam cushioning really absorbs the shock on hard-packed trails, yet I still felt connected on rocky sections. Outsole grip held firm on loose dirt and wet pavement during my first few runs.

I've put these through a mix of loose gravel and wet pavement, and the grip held up without any slipping. The shoe feels responsive but not too stiff, which made the transition between surfaces feel natural. My only small wish is that the laces were a touch longer for a double knot, but it's a minor

Finally, a trail shoe that doesn't feel clunky on pavement — the tread grips gravel without making that annoying scraping noise. I've put about 20 miles on these mixed surfaces and the cushioning stayed responsive the whole time.
