My knees usually ache after a full day on the trail, but with these on the dual-density foam really takes the sting out of every step. The burnt orange color is a nice bonus, and the sizing guide is spot on for my 10.5 boots.

Wore these in my work boots for a 10-hour shift on concrete and my heels didn't ache by the end. The cushioning under the ball of the foot is surprisingly firm without feeling hard. Sizing ran true too, my 10.5s fit the Large perfectly.

The Medium size fits my 9.5 hiking boots perfectly, and the burnt orange color is a nice change from plain insoles. They've made long walks on pavement noticeably less jarring.
