I was a bit skeptical about vented shoes for hiking, but these keep my feet surprisingly cool on warm trails. The cushioning still feels springy after several long walks, and the glue-free construction seems solid so far.

The fused construction caught my eye because I've had hiking shoes fall apart on me before, and after three rocky miles these still feel solid. They're surprisingly breathable for a shoe with this much protection, and the cushion hasn't flattened out at all.
