The grip on wet rocks was surprisingly solid right out of the box, and the waterproofing held up through a stream crossing. They’re light enough for a fast day hike but still feel sturdy underfoot.

I was worried these might be too stiff, but the support around my ankles was perfect for a rocky scramble. They kept my feet dry through a muddy section and still felt responsive on the way down. Definitely my new go-to for day hikes.
