Took these on a muddy switchback trail last weekend and the traction kept me planted on loose rocks without feeling clunky. They're noticeably lighter than my old boots, but the ankle support still felt solid on the downhill.

The waterproofing held up perfectly through a muddy stream crossing, and the sole gave me great grip on loose rocks. I wore them straight out of the box on a six-mile hike with zero blisters.

I’ve already put about 20 trail miles on these boots and the traction on wet rocks is noticeably better than my old pair. The waterproofing held up through a stream crossing too. They’re comfortable right out of the box, which was a nice surprise.
